Wynn Al Marjan Island has revealed another piece of its ultra-luxury strategy, introducing a collection of exclusive Townhomes within Enclave, its boutique hotel concept in Ras Al Khaimah.
The two-storey residences will range from 630 square metres for two bedrooms to 1,110 square metres for four bedrooms, making them among the largest accommodations Wynn Resorts has ever created. Only four Townhomes are planned, with access available through exclusive reservation.
Designed more like private residences than traditional hotel suites, the Townhomes will include private spa facilities with hammam and tepidarium, libraries, billiards and media rooms, kitchens, bars and landscaped courtyards with plunge pools. Guests will also receive private beachfront access, 24-hour butler and culinary services, and chauffeured transportation.
A Resort Within a Resort
The Townhomes form part of Enclave, Wynn's highly private hospitality concept within the wider integrated resort.
With their addition, Enclave will comprise 323 accommodations, including suites, Apartments, Townhomes and Marina and Ocean Estates. Wynn has positioned Enclave as a "destination within a destination", targeting travellers looking for greater privacy and personalised service while still having access to the wider resort.

Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, said the Townhomes go beyond the traditional villa or penthouse concept, describing them as a new accommodation category built around privacy, scale and residential-style design.
Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan, described the Townhomes as among the most expansive and exclusive accommodations Wynn has created, saying they demonstrate the level of ambition behind the Ras Al Khaimah resort.
More Than Just Bigger Rooms
The significance is not simply the size of the accommodation.
Wynn appears to be building multiple layers of luxury within one integrated resort — from conventional resort rooms through Enclave suites and ultimately highly private residential-style accommodation.
That creates opportunities to serve different premium customer segments without relying on a single definition of luxury. It also reinforces how Wynn Al Marjan is positioning hospitality, dining, entertainment and personalised service as important parts of the destination alongside gaming.
The resort is currently scheduled to open in September 2027, according to Wynn Resorts' latest results announcement. Wynn is also preparing for the operational scale ahead, including a purpose-built residential community designed to accommodate more than 7,000 employees.
For the regional hospitality job market, developments like these also point toward growing demand for specialised talent in luxury hotel operations, butler services, culinary, guest relations, spa, transportation and high-end customer experience as the UAE's integrated resort sector takes shape.
The bigger picture: Wynn Al Marjan is not simply introducing another premium room category. It is showing how aggressively the property intends to compete for the highest end of the global luxury travel market before its doors even open.
