Construction has officially begun on Janu Al Marjan Island, a new luxury hotel and residential development located beside the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Operated by Janu, the lifestyle-focused sister brand of Aman, the beachfront development will include:

The development is designed by Singapore-based SCDA Architects.

Janu Al Marjan Island is expected to open in 2029, while the neighbouring Wynn Al Marjan Island integrated resort is scheduled to begin operations in 2027.
