Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled two of its most luxurious accommodation offerings yet — the Mayfair Apartment and Paris Apartment, located at the top of the resort’s 70-storey tower in Ras Al Khaimah.
The two seven-bedroom Royal Apartments will each span approximately 1,460 sqm (15,700 sq ft), making them the largest and highest accommodation offerings within Enclave, Wynn’s exclusive boutique hotel concept.
Two “Palaces in the Sky”
Wynn describes the Royal Apartments as “palaces in the sky”, designed to give guests a highly private and residential experience.

Each apartment will feature seven bedrooms, expansive living and entertainment spaces, private bars and areas where services such as private dining, spa and salon treatments can be provided without guests having to leave their residence.

The apartments will also offer panoramic views across the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains.

Paris Meets Mayfair
The two apartments have deliberately different personalities.
The Paris Apartment, designed with Paris-based studio Pinto, takes inspiration from the home of a well-travelled art collector. Its interiors combine bespoke furniture, artworks, decorative objects, hand-painted murals and artisan lighting.
The Mayfair Apartment, created with Anouska Hempel Design, draws inspiration from London's grand private residences, featuring green marble, lacquered finishes, detailed millwork and gilded accents.
Rather than creating two nearly identical luxury suites, Wynn appears to be giving guests a choice between two distinct residential experiences.
Inside Wynn’s Exclusive Enclave
The Royal Apartments form part of Enclave, a private hotel-within-a-hotel concept at Wynn Al Marjan Island.

Enclave guests will have a separate guarded arrival, private lobby and dedicated elevators, alongside access to exclusive facilities including a private beach, pool, restaurant and lounge.
The accommodation collection ranges from one-bedroom suites to larger Townhomes, Marina Estates and the two Royal Apartments, allowing Wynn to target different levels of the premium travel market.
Wynn Al Marjan Island Takes Shape
Located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, Wynn Al Marjan Island is scheduled to open in 2027 and is set to become the UAE's first integrated resort.
The project is expected to combine luxury accommodation with restaurants, entertainment, retail, leisure facilities and gaming, making it one of the most closely watched tourism developments in the region.

Insight
The Royal Apartments reveal something bigger than Wynn simply chasing bigger and more extravagant hotel suites. Privacy, residential-style living and personalised service are increasingly becoming the real markers of ultra-luxury hospitality.
Enclave allows Wynn to offer that exclusivity while still giving guests access to everything inside a major integrated resort. If the concept succeeds, Wynn Al Marjan Island could help push Ras Al Khaimah beyond its traditional resort-market image and establish it as a serious competitor for the Gulf's highest-spending luxury travellers.
